How do I place a custom order?
It is very simple to place a custom order.

What is the difference between Starter and Pro?
The custom packages are Starter and Pro.
Starter is great for those individuals that have their own design or can create their own design. You would have to follow our design file guidelines when submitting your file.
Pro is great for people who cannot design, but have references or ideas of what they want. We would provide design and consultation for them and create a custom design for their prints.
How should I design and what file should I share?
You can design anything you like, the file would need to be a png file. Due to the nature of glow-in-the-dark vinyl printing, you cannot have complex designs such as designs containing very thin lines and very small details, multi-color, gradients, shadows and highlights. It will have to be solid and fully black.
What color and size options do you provided?
We have several colors for our t-shirts, however the vinyl for glow-in-the-dark is white in color. You can make a request at the time of inquiry and we would check our stock and recommend you color choices.
For T-shirt size we provided all sizes ranging from S to XXL
How long does a dispatch take?
All orders take 24 hours to get processed and 5-7 days to get delivered.
Custom orders would take a minimum 2-3 days to get processed and 5-7 days to get delivered.
